PlayCore's Discovery Center 1 with Optional Mount Kit is a comprehensive learning center with a single deck and seven events. Accommodating 5-10 children at a time, ages 2-5, this play structure incorporates a multitude of sensory activities for your children to enjoy. The physical activities, including the slide and climber, allow for development of gross motor skills, while the gear panel and other small activity panels help develop your child's fine motor skills. Children are encouraged to participate in dramatic play thanks to open-ended play areas and the semi-private area beneath the play deck. Each play system includes one climbers, one slide, and PlayCore's TouchMath learning panel that brings the award-winning math curriculum outdoors. Additional accessories are listed below. Made with commercial-grade plastics, this structure is designed to withstand heavy play. All plastic components are made from heavy-duty roto-molded or blow-molded components. This play structure meets ADA guidelines and is commercially compliant with ASTM and CSPC. Prior to choosing a mounting kit, it's best to identify the most appropriate surface material for the play area.The ground spike with 8-inch footer mount kit is ideal for engineered wood fiber (EWF), while the Anchor Bolt with 2-inch footer is best used with resilient surfacing such as rubber tiles, poured-in-place surfacing, or bonded rubber surfacing.
