The Pathfinder swing set from Adventure Playsets is a good deal at around 0 from Wal-Mart. My kids love it. But let me show you what it took to build this thing. The company doesn’t make it easy and this isn’t even a very complicated swing set.

still building mine. the worst part was putting together the slide… and sorting out the parts. they should have stamped the parts with letter number combinations. otherwise nice set.
Great review, however being a woodworker type I feel the product is pure poo. After 3 engineers building for 5 hours, we positioned it for my daughter to play. Overnight 3 days later, we came outside to see the whole swingset broken in half after a wind gust blew it over and shattered the interface of the swing support beam to the main tower. Very poor design. I say again…VERY POOR DESIGN.
you got lucky. i used to produce these and others here in pittsburg ks. till the owners sold us out and started importing them from china. the wood is not treated, the stain is a joke, you dont have the infant seat but if you did the nylon strap weathers in the sun and breaks. typically when they come off the containers the ocean saltwater has already made the wood start molding and has made the plastic peices flimsy. rarely does anyone get all the parts. laid me off, used to be a proud american
